You’ll begin with a warm welcome from your guide before tasting one of Bali’s most beloved treats, klepon. These chewy rice flour balls, coated in coconut and filled with a sweet surprise, are made by local women who have been perfecting them since the 80s.
From there, we step into the vibrant pulse of the night market. Expect sizzling grills, fragrant spices in the air, and rows of authentic Balinese dishes far from the usual tourist trail. Together, we’ll handpick a variety of dishes to share, with plenty of options for vegans, vegetarians, and meat lovers alike.
You’ll taste local favourites like babi guling, ayam betutu, pepes ikan, and veggie nasi campur, alongside jajan pasar snacks such as freshly grilled sate and spicy rujak fruit salad. To finish, we’ll indulge in traditional desserts like creamy bubur injin or refreshing es daluman.
