Absolutely! We welcome everyone to join, even if you have food allergies. Please let us know in advance about any specific allergies or dietary restrictions, and we’ll do our best to accommodate your needs. While we strive to ensure a safe and enjoyable experience, some environments may contain common allergens. If your allergy is particularly severe, we recommend discussing it with us beforehand to make sure we can take the necessary precautions for your safety.

Yes, we conduct private tours for up to 15 people. To secure your private tour, 50% deposit is required at the time of reservation.This deposit will be applied to your final bill. The remaining balance must be paid at least three business days prior to your tour date.  Please contact us via Whastapp +62 822 6699 1548. 

You may cancel and receive a full refund if the cancellation is made at least 24 hours prior to the tour start time. All cancellations must be submitted in writing via email for proper record-keeping. Please note: No refunds will be issued for cancellations made within 24 hours of the tour, as your space has already been reserved.All deposits are non-refundable.

Sure! Our tours generally welcome families and children of all ages. Please note we do not currently offer reduced-price tickets for children, as the amount of food provided is the same for everyone ensuring all guests have a full and satisfying experience.

Our tours typically last between 2.5 to 3 hours, depending on the type of tour and the size of the group. We aim to provide a relaxed and enjoyable experience while ensuring there’s plenty of time to savour each stop!

Awesome! To maximise your time for eating and exploring, each tour begins at an easy-to-find meeting point. The meeting point details are provided on your confirmation email along with directions in the local language to show to a taxi driver. If you have any concerns about finding the location, feel free to contact us via the WhatsApp number listed on your ticket.

On all of our tours, we walk approximately 1,5 km at a moderate pace, with plenty of resting stops along the way. The tour is designed to be enjoyable and accessible for most fitness levels. Comfortable shoes are recommended!

In most cases, our tours can accommodate guests with disabilities, and we will do everything possible to ensure you can participate. However, we kindly ask you to contact us at info@baliculinarytours.com before booking to confirm any specific arrangements.

Our tours run rain or shine, so we recommend bringing umbrellas or ponchos if rain is in the forecast. Our tour guides also carry a limited supply of emergency ponchos/umbrellas for unexpected showers. In the rare event of a tropical storm or severe weather conditions, we may need to cancel the tour for safety reasons. If this happens, you will be notified in advance and receive a full refund.

Yes, we offer gift certificates! To purchase one, please send us an email info@baliculinarytours.com and we can get it set up for you.

If you’re coming by scooter (recommended), you can park at the meeting point, listed in your confirmation email. If you’re coming by car, not all meeting points have parking or even car access. You can confirm with your tour guide upon booking.

No, we do not arrange transport. You can book a local taxi (GoJek) or Grab to drive you – either a scooter or a car. Once the tour has ended, we can help you find your way home.

Yes! Our Bali food tours are safe for tourists, and Bali belly hasn’t been an issue for our guests. We’ve been running our tours for a number of years and have built strong relationships with the local food vendors and restaurants we visit.

We only take guests to trusted food spots that we know personally and carefully select. Our guides help you discover authentic Balinese cuisine while making sure you feel comfortable and confident throughout the experience.

Our food tours include all food and drink tastings, local recommendations, and a guided cultural experience with our knowledgeable hosts.

Additional drinks, including alcoholic beverages, are not included but can be purchased separately at your own expense so long as ordering does not delay the pace of the tour for other guests.

Yes, children are welcome! Our tours are family-friendly. We have smaller meals for kids at a lower ticket price you’ll see when booking. Babies under 2 can join for free.

We recommend comfortable clothing and shoes suitable for walking. Bali is warm and tropical, so light clothing is ideal.

Please note that at some restaurant venues in Ubud we may take our shoes off at the entrance.
